Don't bother. Very quick to fit us in to do some guttering repair on the same day and stupidly handed money over. When i realised 2 sections of guttering weren't done I might as well talk to myself. Multiple texts, phone calls, promised calls back, promised dates to cone and sort... and nothing. Don't bother
😡😡😡I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Five Royal Residential Roofing and Guttering Specialists. I hired them for what should have been a straightforward roof repair and gutter replacement, and the process was frustrating from start to finish.
First, communication was poor. After the initial consultation, I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without any explanation, and I was often left in the dark about when the team would actually show up.
If I could give more than 5* most definitely, Excellent communication, Quick response to do the repairs in question & no pressure advice on alternative solutions to the repair. Quality work & respectful of my property throughout. 5* service
