I had a massive leak through the balcony door on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday. The weather report predicted heavy rain that day. They immediately moved the day to the current one, which was Monday ( 3 days ahead of schedule). They worked hard for two days to fix the problem.
