The entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Mike and Maurice are the project managers that assisted with our roof and sidings repair. They answered all questions and I was very comfortable moving forward with their services. Their team got the job done quickly and in a safe manner. We hired Royal Renovators to replace the existing roof on our Brooklyn townhouse. The existing roof was over a 100 years old and would leak through our ceiling when it rained. We worked with Mike, who was very responsive (even on weekends) and very professional. Mike and the crew removed the existing roof and replaced it in ONE DAY. The outside sales person was phenomenal in his presentation outside my home. It gave me confidence that the company was serious about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire quoting process was easy and everything was clearly explained. Now, the job, well that was a sight to behold. Mike and his crew were fantastic. He came with a drone to see the house. He sent me the pix and then sent pix of how the roof would be done. He explained everything that they do, the materials they use, how long it takes, what their clean-up policy is, and everything else in between... I had a roof replacement done a week ago. Shy and the team were courteous, professional and it was worth every penny. They did a perfect job! Shy came to my home in August when I first started to shop around for a roofing company and gave me an excellent presentation of materials. Professional timely affordable and fast, Mike and his Royal Renovators crew transformed our porch roof which was left unfinished by another crew. They extended the overhang on all sides, tore off and re shingled The roof and rerouted our downspouts (during a Sudden rainstorm!) Very impressive all around. Great communication.
