We hired Royal Renovators two years to completely redo our roof. Somehow, it's quite stressful as homeowners, but ****, who came to do the quote, was there the whole time the day of the work, kept us posted every hour about progress, and sent pictures. Prompt, professional, courteous, and congenial. Explained everything, accommodated all needs, worked hard. Concerned to do everything they could to do a top job. Rook on a difficult job that others would not touch. Costly, but you get what you pay for and therefore the cost was justified.
I was absolutely blown away by Royal Renovators. From start to finish they were professional, quick, communicative and documented everything /step. **** and the team from Royal did an extremely great job on our roof. They were thorough and took the time to fix the issues that caused my roof to fail, and educated me about that they were doing and how it would work.They kept me posted of their progress with pictures, texts, and video and worked diligently into the evening (for 10+ hours) until the work was done. They cleaned everything up, and even made sure that my neighbors' property was protected during their work. I absolutely recommend them!

Amazing job from start to finish on a full flat roof removal and installation! Our roof had some issues that were made worse following Hurricane ***. **** came out to do an estimate and was able to slot us in a few days later. Whereas other vendors estimated 1-2 days to do the job, Royal Renovators was confident they can do it in one day because they bring a crew of dozen or more.
