I own three multifamily homes in Brooklyn and have been exposed to a lot of workers. Never before have I really felt taken advantage of by a builder/repair company more than I was with Royal Renovators. What was supposed to be a 7-10k job fixing a leaky basement(as estimated by a 3rd party consultant), RRR quoted us 20k but made verbal statements guaranteeing we would never see water again...also providing us a 'warranty' on their work. First, I want to thank the team of workers for an excellent job. The workmanship of the crew was outstanding and of high quality. They were here for two days and completed the job mess-free. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently, professionally and courteously. I used Royal Renovations Inc. to replace my entire flat roof, fascia, and gutters. An absolutely perfect experience. All involved = Eden, Shy, Sean - took such good care of our project. After 2 years of tenants complaining about a leaking roof & working with 3 different roofers that never got the job done, we contacted Royal Renovators. They fit us in within a week & took care of our flat roof. It was an extensive job - an entire new roof. It's now been 3 months & no problems at all. ****** I had the pleasure of contacting Royal roofing inc spoke with Mike who is very professional gave me a reasonable price On the entire roof repair above opening the roof more problem accord which is expected at time but mike worked with me on additional price worked out find .. Raymond and his crew were great guys did a wonderful job on the roof and the cleanup .no rain inside as of yet’ positive it won’t be GREAT JOB!!

Singing in the rain! I recently had work done on the roof of my mixed use property by ROYAL RENOVATORS. After meeting with several Roofing companies I found ROYAL RENOVATORS Inc to be very approachable, profesional and genuine in their concern that we were both on the same page. This company completed a total gutter, leader & capping replacement for my house. After an agreed upon fair price, the work was started and finished promptly with no hiccups. What more can you ask from a contracting company.

I had a problem with my roof for some time and interviewed a few companies before hiring Royal Renovators Inc. From the first meeting with Mike and through the whole project I really felt myself in a good hands. They met and acceded all expectations. The roof of our house was old and it came time that we had to replace it. We hired royal roofing based on the reviews and it was a great experience from beginning till the end. They replaced our flat roof in just one day. They sent pictures throughout the job And the customer service from the whole team was A++! It rained a few times and we have had no leaks. We are happy we went with Royal, Thank you guys for doing such a great job!
