I have my regular retinopathy test here and have found it hassle free and the staff friendly and helpful. No complaints
Horrible experience I have really bad anxiety the doctor I saw made me feel very stupid and worthless I have a phobia which she did not get and was rude about saying things like what you mean your scared of that talking to me like I was stupid then when I was crying saying why you crying but in a nasty way like becouse I suffer with mental health she has no clue how to be caring why be a doctor I was crying on the way home and that night to becouse she made me feel rubbish about my self
Just like to thank Melissa at Grange wood on reception for getting me in to see Dr when she clearly saw I wasn't well
