Disgraceful treatment of patients
Appointment was on time and was sorted immediately.
Received a message to contact the surgery to "discuss my MRI results", I called 27 times over 2 hour period yesterday, same story again today - line busy! How about you clowns take the time to contact your patients properly, or give out a number that can actually be reached when requesting a patient contact the surgery???
I am very comfortable with the staff at this service. One lady in particular has literally changed my life, that's lady's name is Sandy (I hope I'm allowed to say her name). Absolute diamond. The only reason for 3 starts is purely how long it takes to get through to the surgery on the phone, I've never had waiting times like this. I worked in mental health, consulted with many practices and this is by far, the worst to get through to. I'm not blaming staff, perhaps they're understaffed, I'm not sure.
