UPDATE My previous 5-star review was posted at the request of the rental office in exchange for a Wawa gift card. At that time, I shared only the positive surface experience. Unfortunately, the truth is very different. Royal Park Apartments will take you to court quickly for any late rent, but they completely drag their feet when it comes to fixing major issues.
