RecommendedThis place is awesome! Always giving back to their residents and making sure they are comfy! Very quiet and perfect for your first move away from home. They have to much to offer and Maria and Grant are so nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend to any college students looking to move away from home and get out into the work on their own.
RecommendedSomewhat modern, centrally located apartments with many odd layouts to choose from. Dog owner's paradise. Both young and old occupy this multi tenant complex and most are friendly, quiet and courteous.
RecommendedVery Friendly Staff, Nice furnished Rooms, and great fast communication with faculty. Love living here so far and Grant made the transition of moving in a whole lot easier. Highly Recommended . !

The management lady is so rude and unprofessional with the way she interacts with tenants. There is a serious lack in understanding and respect between her and the tenants she's suppose to manage. For example the arrogant way she talks to tenants is simply belittling and frustrating to say the least. I am not the only one who feels this way as well. I hope this matter can be fixed with better communication and mutual respect in the future.

RecommendedI really love living here. The maintenance is on point, the staff and security are all super friendly, and the amenities are amazing. The only downside is there is a hotel along with the residences that you have to share the pool with, but after 9 it’s residents only so it’s really never been a big issue. I would 100% recommend living here.
