Even with a scheduled appointment at the anti natal department you are in the clinic for at least 3 hours. Terrible service by oldham hospital once again
Appalling service. I was put forward for a scan over the weekend for Monday morning with no time!!! I have been ringing then all morning since 8.15am has F1 told me not to worry they will be open from 8am to take calls. Yet no one answers they need better customer service. Especially for jobs like this! Who puts someone forward for a scan with no time)? I have little to none anmotic fluid. Some staff that work in these jobs shouldn't!
Honestly all the staff were nothing but amazing with the upmost level of care and integrity! It was a bit of a traumatic labour but we were cared for, tended to and informed all the way about everything! The NHS get a lot of flack but from our experience the staff are incredible! Special thanks and praise to Olivia and Lea who were there for us from when we walked in the door until our daughter entered this world twelve hours late! They help make the whole experience even more memorable. Once again thank you NHS Oldham
