I bought a car from royal motor the service was great and the staff so friendly and helpful and the car was perfect clean and ready to drive
Absolutely dreadful service from this man, he sold a car that had major faults with the breaks and clutch, then the drivers side door refused to open and he tried to make me pay £200 for “wear and tear” i had the car less than 2 months so it isnt my wear and tear, tyre pressure monitoring system failed, never recieved a v5 log book so the car was never in my name to begin with.. DODGY DEALER stay away!! He knows the cars are faulty but money is more important than peoples lives clearly!
I bought a Mazda 6 from Royal Motors and was very satisfied with the process. They were informed and very helpful and and handled the change of ownership seamlessly. Subsequently, when I misunderstood some notifoication lights they patiently explained these to me. I think Royal Motors are honest and professional and I would recommend buying a car from them.
