Subaru driver for 6 years and came here for my next Subaru and had a great experience. My sales person, manager and finance person were fantastic with no pressure. I traded in my Subaru and it went very fast and smoothly. Customer service was great, Jovanni helped me pick out my forester. Would recommend this location and of course Subaru’s.
I had an airbag recall. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix. I asked if it might take longer and was reassured it would not, by Chris. When I brought the car in I was told the service dept would go over my car to see if there were any other needs. The fix took 3 hours. When Becky started to show me the list of things the service department found, I told her I was upset that it took 3 hours instead of 1 1/2. I called your service dept in regards A/C work and my conversation with the person left a lot to be desired as I had to do all of the talking,he was not friendly at all,talking like a zombie,no friendliness at all,no thx after the conversation ! I bought my new Outback at Portland Subaru dealership and have had service there and at a Beaverton Subaru dealership....both were impersonal and uncaring. I did not know what REAL service was until i went to Royal Moore Subaru today. Professional, polite, adept at problem solving and very kind in the face of truly furious car owner!
