Had an excellent sales experience at Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, OR! Great service from sales rep Jeremy Redfield who was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Then, after delivery, specialist Emmylea gave a super introduction & explanation of the car's features and controls. Highly recommended.

Jovanni answered all my emails quickly and any questions and concerns in a timely manner. I came in and test drove a car but wasn’t ready to buy. He crunched numbers for me and told me he would be there when I’m ready. When I was ready it was down to two and he had both available for me to test drive. The paperwork was quick and painless and this was the best experience I have had buying a car. Would 100% recommend him and this dealership. They are not pushy, but instead are laid back and knowledgeable.

We purchased a 2020 Outback Touring today using the Costco car purchasing option. Royal Moore Subaru was amazing. The whole process from test drive to leaving with our new car was just over 2 hours. The sales staff was amazing and helpful and easily answered my questions.
