RecommendedI had a good experience buying a car from Greg. It was quick and hassle free. Unfortunately, he has retired. There was an odd issue with my driver seat. In the end, the service dept , a few different guys, assisted in getting it repaired. Much to my delight , it looks like new. I’d like to thank all involved .

Excellent overall service. Your staff are always ready to answer any questions after help me understand issues as I have no ideas about cars. I find your billing department staff less friendly when I asked if there are discounts as I get a lot of emails from your company. They told me to print the emails and cut the coupons and bring it in despite showing them from my phone.

I was very impressed by my recent car shopping experience here at Royal Moore Subaru. Ryan, the salesman who helped us was amazing! He was patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind between two different cars and he was NEVER pushy. They never tried to talk me into anything I couldn’t afford or anything that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. What a great experience! I reached out to Jordan over the internet a while ago and he did a great job of periodically checking in with me without being pushy or overbearing. When we were ready to buy he went out of his way to get the exact car my son wanted and made the process easy, fast and a pleasant experience!
