I have an older Subaru and not much money. I was pleasantly surprised that the Service Department was willing to work within my budget and even order me a used part that I could not afford to pay full price for!
I had a WONDERFUL experience with the staff at Royal Moore! They were friendly, not pushy at all, and gave me a better offer than the competition. I highly recommend them!
This is my second Subaru and when we decided to buy our retirement car Royal Moore was the best decision. There is a life-time powertrain warranty on my Subaru. Our salesperson Danny B was a delight and when we could not figured out the computerized system we came back and he walked us through it. Their service department rates a 10 for service. If we need another Subaru it will be at Royal Moore again. Subaru spelled backwards is U R A BUS. Lol
I purchased a 2014 Outback which has worked well, but the service department annoys me when they acknowledge my car battery is "on it's way out" yet won't replace it because it doesn't fail on the tester. Lame...
They have horrible customer service, and do not stand behind the cars that they sell. The service center is uninterested in doing a job properly, lied to me twice, and lacks decent manners. GO ELSEWHERE
