My wife and I had some routine rear brake maintenance performed on her 2013 Outback. Assistant Service Manager, Dennis Brown, treated us like royalty. The rest of the staff was just as courteous. We were in and out of there in little over an hour. We couldn't be more pleased.
An hour fifteen for an oil change????? Because of lunch hour issues???? C'mon. And no, the $10 off my oil change wasn't worth my time. Not a good way to treat your long time customers!
First time here it took 3 hours to do an oil change because "it went over lunch break", now still waiting after 2 hours to have tires changed and was just informed they ordered the wrong size of the brand we wanted. Went with what they have in stock, but really? Poor service and organization.
Smoothest purchase of a new vehicle ever. The lifetime warranty offered only at Royal Moore was a huge incentive to leave the metro area. We are beyond pleased with our 2015 Forester.

Dear Royal Moore Subaru Repair Shop, I don't mind having our car towed into your shop and having it repaired for electrical problems. But I really don't like it when I have to have the car towed in TWICE for the same problem that you missed. You said it was only a dead battery and I specifically asked if you checked the alternator. "All good," you said. Took it home with a new battery and the next day it wouldn't start. Had to have it towed in again. Today you call and say the problem is ... wait for it ... the alternator!
