Efficient - in and out quickly, no long waits. Very personable, and explains things in understandable english. Up front with options and state of science. Patient and receptive to many questions.

He takes the time to address concerns without overcomplicating things, which I greatly appreciate. The visit was efficient, professional, and reassuring.
