The only Urologist who truly was not dismissive of my longsuffering UTIs and got to the bottom of it. Always a pleasant staff!
Check in was smooth, friendly and fast, I liked the fact that they are ahead with technology and most of the forms are done on a iPad style rather then trying to fill out a bunch of forms wondering if they could even make out what I wrote. My meeting with Doctor Park was very informative and helpful with my visit and truly cared to make sure I was well informed on my situation. Following up to make sure my best interest in moving forward with my health needs.

Short wait
Dr. Park was really down to earth and thorough in explaining to me my options for getting rid of my kidney stone. He made sure that I understood all pros and cons of the different surgeries that I can choose from. They also got me in to see him very quickly after I left the hospital so that's definitely a big plus when you feel like you are suffering. I would recommend his office to anyone needing help.
It was quick, efficient and positive
My visit was through. I felt heard about my health concerns. I have a follow up appointment for additional diagnostic testing.
