I have lived here for just on 2 years now, lovely location but builders leave a lot to be desired and yes unfortunately FirstPort is the managing agent. This is not and will not be a gated community as the medium term aim is to open the site up to the public. Might be a while as builders are not exactly getting on with it. In Canada House the windows are some 20+ years old and let in both water and the wind, builders don’t give a monkeys. No recent reviews, because still a building site. But beware, no matter how nice the properties will eventually be, the management company, FirstPort, has an appalling reputation.
Great place to live. Gated community. Gorgeous homes and plenty of wildlife.
