Very happy with the work. Jacob represents the company very well! I highly recommend.
Stuart is the Plumber assigned to evaluate and fix the problem. He came on time and was very professional. After examing the plumbing parts, he was immediately able to diagnose and fix the problem in 1/10th the time the two other plumbers did in misdiagnosing. Clearly Stuart is a well-trained professional in his field and should I need plumbing services in the future, I will go directly to Royal Farms and specifically request him. I give him an 11 on the scale of 1-10. Excellent job and professionalism.
Drake is an amazing plumber, very professional and repsectful, he did a great job tackling a very complex issue rerouting the tub drain line and the toilet drain line in the crawlspace. He is a top notch service provider and royal plumbing is lucky to have him!
Matt and Cam from Royal Flush did a great job for me. I had a sewer line back up, called Royal Flush, and they sent Matt and and Cam out quickly. Matt was the lead, and walked through the issue with me, and discussed what was needed to fix the problem. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed of what was going on (and answered tons of questions) got the work done in a timely fashion, and did a super job of cleaning up when the job was done. I am so glad I chose Royal Flush!
Had a leak(on a Sunday), only plumber that wasn't scared to do the job. Highly recommend and will absolutely only call them if I need them! Sean was very professional and courteous!
They came out the day we called and even though they couldn't fix the problem. They provided us with the name of a septic tank service that could assist us.
********** January 31, 2021 My experience with Royal Flush Plumbing was very positive. Ahman, the plumbing technician, was very professional, organized, time efficient and attentive to my concerns. He provided alternative solutions to address my current circumstances, I was impressed by his ability to identify and manage unexpected plumbing issues. He encouraged me to reach out to him with any additional questions. I would highly recommend Ahman and plan to use his services in the future.
Service was terrible. The service man did not introduce himself, he entered my home and tracked mud on my floor, placed his hat near my dish rack and while unpacking the faucet he placed the trash on the counter top. He was going to start the job without giving me a price. Once I inquired he stated $400 to replace my kitchen faucet and I purchased my own faucet. I feel the price was overstated. I would not recommend.
