Had a leak(on a Sunday), only plumber that wasn't scared to do the job. Highly recommend and will absolutely only call them if I need them! Sean was very professional and courteous!
They came out the day we called and even though they couldn't fix the problem. They provided us with the name of a septic tank service that could assist us.
********** January 31, 2021 My experience with Royal Flush Plumbing was very positive. Ahman, the plumbing technician, was very professional, organized, time efficient and attentive to my concerns. He provided alternative solutions to address my current circumstances, I was impressed by his ability to identify and manage unexpected plumbing issues. He encouraged me to reach out to him with any additional questions. I would highly recommend Ahman and plan to use his services in the future.
Service was terrible. The service man did not introduce himself, he entered my home and tracked mud on my floor, placed his hat near my dish rack and while unpacking the faucet he placed the trash on the counter top. He was going to start the job without giving me a price. Once I inquired he stated $400 to replace my kitchen faucet and I purchased my own faucet. I feel the price was overstated. I would not recommend.

Eli is a gem. Twice now he's gone above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issues were resolved immediately. He's friendly, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable. We'll always call Royal Flush and ask for Eli for all of our plumbing needs from now on.
Eli came out when we had a backup. He ended up having to come multiple times - not his fault, we had a septic issue, but he stuck with us, was very fair with the price, and really went above & beyond. You could tell he cared about us and the job. I won't use another plumber. I am a Realtor & work with a lot of contractors, and Eli made a customer for life.
Amazing company and Ahman is our plumber for life!!! Love, love, love Royal Flush. They were the only company that treated us like people not just money! Highly recommend!!!
