They came out on Super Bowl Sunday - no extra charge. They helped stop the leak my hot water heater created and made a plan to bring a new one the next day. I later found a pinhole leak in my 50 year old pipe and they again came out in the evening with no extra charge for the emergency call. **** is very very polite and respectful of my property, even though it was already a disaster. **** took a ton of time to answer every question I had. Very nice crew.

The job was not done right ,installing a small water heater in a bathroom , and was charge to much for the non emergency call , then I call to have it fix and was told to give them time frame so I did ,its taking 4 days to gibe me excused they are busy . The instruction sed to hang the water heater on the wall .thank you *****

We've had a leak with our walk-in tub for a couple of years. Lately, it's grown worse and Royal Flush sent ****************** to help us. He patiently listened to our issues and our stories, then went about the job. It took several hours and a trip out for parts but he was very patient. He stayed and tested everything until he was satisfied that there was no more leak.
