We were very impressed with our plumbing technician, David *****. He was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Walton Gas shut our gas off because of a gas leak until we were able to fix it. My husband and I were terrified! We called several companies to help us. No one seemed genuine until Jacob R. came and instantly I got a good vibe from him. He was very patient with us and literally walked us through what the problem was and told us exactly what needs to be done to fix it. Always a pleasant experience and fair pricing. Brandon did an excellent job with our most recent service of running a gas line to our stove. Justin did an excellent job prior to with a different service.
Brad showed up within the specified time window, put on his booties to protect our flooring, removed the old toilet, installed the new one, and left everything very clean.
