I had water leaking in my basement that I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I gave Royal Flush a call last Thursday night and they had someone out the next morning. The technician was very friendly and able to diagnose the issue and get the leak to stop. He then found the route of the issue which was due to a plumbing mistake from the last plumber years ago. Justin was honest, professional and did an excellent job. He went the extra mile on installation and we are totally satisfied. The most important part is he is trustworthy, completely trustworthy. This company matched the price of a competing bid, which made me happy as we wanted to have Justin do the work. Efficient, on time, and the job was paid exactly as quoted, no hidden fees. After reading the reviews, I was sure I would receive good service at a reasonable price. My shower drain was clogged and I was given an estimate of $375!!! I told him the price was ridiculous and he said he hears that a lot and that would work with me. (If you hear this a lot, then perhaps you are repeatedly overcharging..,). Well he said how much can you pay, I said it's not how much can I pay, it's how much is reasonable to unclog a shower drain that will probably take 10 minutes!??). I had a water leak to spring up in the slab of my garage. I knew that it had to be taken care of right away. I thought about Royal Flush Plumbing. They were very flexible with my schedule, a business that is 24/7 without charging late hour/weekend extra fees is just amazing as a new homeowner. Ahman was very polite and arrived in the scheduled window, very honest about the repair and definitely did not try to gouge like some other companies. He was quick and fixed the problem at the visit, very efficient!
