I was absolutely ripped off. Guy has charged me $695 for a valve repair taking 40 min to do. I am very pregnant and not thinking straight, which man loved to take advantage of! My loss his gain

After a bad experience with another plumbing company, we decided to try Royal Flush as we had seen them multiple times in our sun-division. We were very pleased with the service of David H and his colleague. It has given us a different view about plumbers in general and that there are persons who still take pride in their jobs. Brad E was a nice guy. Gave us a range of options from cheap to expensive. We talked through it, he went to work. Option one didn't work out, we did option two the next day. He worked in the rain with no complaint. He happily tried the cheaper options first without the pushy upsell. At this point, I've done a couple of projects with these guys. I'd recommend.

Tech came without appointment being verified, but it still worked out. Could have been a simple case of miscommunication. Upon arrival, I told the tech what was going on. It would have $75 to run an auger through the toilet. Did that myself. $385 to remove toilet to run a longer snake through main pipe. I had already removed the toilet looking for a blockage. Stuart is the Plumber assigned to evaluate and fix the problem. He came on time and was very professional. After examing the plumbing parts, he was immediately able to diagnose and fix the problem in 1/10th the time the two other plumbers did in misdiagnosing. Clearly Stuart is a well-trained professional in his field and should I need plumbing services in the future, I will go directly to Royal Farms and specifically request him. I give him an 11 on the scale of 1-10. Excellent job and professionalism.

Drake is an amazing plumber, very professional and repsectful, he did a great job tackling a very complex issue rerouting the tub drain line and the toilet drain line in the crawlspace. He is a top notch service provider and royal plumbing is lucky to have him!

Matt and Cam from Royal Flush did a great job for me. I had a sewer line back up, called Royal Flush, and they sent Matt and and Cam out quickly. Matt was the lead, and walked through the issue with me, and discussed what was needed to fix the problem. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed of what was going on (and answered tons of questions) got the work done in a timely fashion, and did a super job of cleaning up when the job was done. I am so glad I chose Royal Flush!
