I had an urgent situation with my hot water heater and house water pressure. I was able to call and get same-day service. The technician, ****, was amazing and super professional as was the office staff. **** stayed late to make sure I was up and running with water and came back the next morning to make sure everything was fixed properly. 10 out of 10 recommend!
We had a blocked sink in our bathroom and your 2 service men came to repair the problem. They were extremely polite and took their shoes off before going on my carpeting. I was absolutely ripped off. Guy has charged me $695 for a valve repair taking 40 min to do. I am very pregnant and not thinking straight, which man loved to take advantage of! My loss his gain

Brad E was a nice guy. Gave us a range of options from cheap to expensive. We talked through it, he went to work. Option one didn't work out, we did option two the next day. He worked in the rain with no complaint. He happily tried the cheaper options first without the pushy upsell. At this point, I've done a couple of projects with these guys. I'd recommend.
Tech came without appointment being verified, but it still worked out. Could have been a simple case of miscommunication. Upon arrival, I told the tech what was going on. It would have $75 to run an auger through the toilet. Did that myself. $385 to remove toilet to run a longer snake through main pipe. I had already removed the toilet looking for a blockage.
