My recent experience with this company was just awful. D***** wrote his invoice for almost $600 to replace a broken plastic handle and two rubber flappers, and then lied to his manager about the extent of the work he'd done when I called to challenge the charges. His manager insisted that D***** had done the work he claimed, and refused to answer my question asking why would his plumber perform work that was not needed, discussed, nor agreed upon. **** was despatched to respond to my hot water issues with a newly installed water heater. His attention to the matter was excellent and his resolution seems to be working. Time will tell. For now I am satisfied with his diagnostics and attention.
Excellent customer service and excellent skills. The technician was **** and did a great job and I probably will use Royal Flush again.
Needed an electric water heater replaced. The installation cost was $3150.00, including one year warranty on labor. When the technician connected the wires for the heater he did not use a fitting for the end of the conduit that connects to the water heater. He just used some sort of foil tape with an adhesive. Im still waiting over 3 weeks now for someone from Royal Flush Plumbing to come and clean up the mess they made in front of my condo at ************* in ******.. I am sick of my house looking like a construction site every time they work here.. they dig up the main valve area and just leave it without regard to the fact that people live here and have to look at this mess, not to mention the fact that it is a trip/fall hazard .. I have sent pictures to your office twice in the past few weeks.. still nothing has been done.
