Hopeless agent. They have a website that doesn't work. Their advice is NOT to use it. Not inetersted in any enquiries about auction properties - just tell you to talk to the auctioneers. Despite the fact that they are the agent !

I was looking for a room in London, and Richard found me one at a price and of a quality I wasn't even hoping to find (and I had already checked 2 other property consultant agencies).Having talked with the owner of the house, it seems that she is also very satisfied with him.
