You guys are more interested in getting deals done and treating people like numbers instead of valued customers. Then when we fill out a survey you have the audacity to tell me I am wrong for not feeling valued and give me lies and lines of bologna as to why I am wrong.
I’m convinced at this point that you guys are just intentionally trying to screw me out of as much of my money as you can, money that I don’t even have. So fed up with this. For trying so hard to seem like you guys care about the community, you sure like to stick it to your fellow community members when they’re down on their luck. Customer service is useless.
