They apparently hate small business owners. I was forced to leave and start at citizens community federal. As a brand new customer, they treated me like a person and not a number. Stay away from RCU at all costs!
Best place to bank!! They have the best rates and the best customer service! After being a number and not a person at a couple of larger banks, I have found a home at RCU and will bank there for life!
We have always had good experiences at our "home" RCU on Bellinger Street, but have had mixed experiences at the other branches. My situation today is extremely difficult as my ex-spouse passed away unexpectedly. We still had everything in both of our names. I am trying to find our what kind of coverage we had regarding our accounts and loans. I have been put on hold for long stretches of time.
