Terrible customer service in the main office. Absolutely become a big corporate bank. Terrible.
I’ve been with RCU for years! I now live in Minnesota and with the use of technology I have an atm close to me which has a no fee agreement with RCU, and I can make deposits anytime from my phone with ease! I’ve used other banks also in my area and have always come back to RCU. Member services provides excellent customer service and are available pretty much anytime! Thank you for allowing me to stay with you even though I no longer live in Eau Claire! I’ve even referred family members over to RCU! 💖
They took money out of a payment I already made, and now they are gonna charge me an extra 3,000 for insurance because I didn’t show them proof well that’s not truck showed them proof they say I bought the truck. Now I will be moving to BMO Harris!
Not happy at all with the new website!! Before you could add pending transactions to keep track of your balance in your checking account. The change to money management is basically useless. Oh, they can see my account history and suggest a budget for recurring bills. But it does not take into account that your bills are almost always different amounts due every month.
