Several weeks ago I noticed RCU had a great rate on an 18 month CD, so I went online to open an account. I applied to open the base savings, which took a week or so to process. By the time I the base savings was approved, the great rate was no longer being offered, so I lost out on that. Be available!! My son's debit card has been hacked on Saturday Oct 11th! We have not been able to talk or get in contact with anyone from RCU!!! This is unacceptable!! I have had several problems with RCU over the years, but this will end soon, as I am dumping this Piggy Bank asap! !!

Every time I use Zelle they block my debit card. I follow their instructions for the automated verification, it says my card is ready to use, and then I try to use it and it’s still blocked! This has happened at the worst times, when I need my card to work and I have to wait til Monday to unblock it. What makes this time worse is that I tried the automated verification 3x and it’s still blocked, they are closed til Monday, and I have a gym membership that is coming out tomorrow.
