Ms. Lori didn't want to help me. Tellers laughed and made fun of my hair. Ms. Lori told me I had to prove my residency to start an account. I am very unhappy of how I was treated. I would imagine that all of their branches treat people this way. I'm praying for RCU #RCFN

RecommendedI absolutely adore RCU! We started out journey with RCU when both my husband and I lived in Eau Claire. We continue to use RCU as our primary bank as we ventured south and then now to Minnesota. In the last year, they have worked with me in getting some overdraft charges off my account when they certainly did not have to. I appreciate the kindness and customer first approach of their team. RecommendedAll I can say is WOW! In all honesty I am so surprised about how great their costumer service is. When I opened my account at the Stillwater location, Jake Fredrick was awesome.! I have never been apart of a credit union. and my experience with Royal has made me question why I've banked with banks for so long.
