I will never deal with this bank again, I am sorry that the dealership I bought a vehicle from deals with this bank as a finance option. I called proactively before my 1st payment was due, was told they would push it out to following month because they are waiting on information from dealer. Now today get told (6 days later) that I have to make a payment ASAP and they can change my date to the 28th but that was it. I ask for the loan number so I can make payment..it wasn't processed yet. I love this bank, not to mention the amazing staff at my local branch. Now they are closing the branches closest to me. Not a happy camper. Taking my business elsewhere.
