After finally convincing my BF to get an account with this institution I am greatly dissatisfied with the service. Today he tried setting up his online access and not only would the site refuse to check the terms and conditions, but he also never received a member number. Royal credit union f'd me over and I'm not even a customer. Watch out if your bank branch is being acquired by them...shady business practices
Thanks for deleting my bank card when it wasn't even part of the buyout. It was attached to Mendota Heights & really fucked up my family's weekend!!!! Very shady business practices
My wife and I recently transferred our accounts from Wells Fargo to RCU. At Wells Fargo I always felt like a product number but at RCU I really do feel like a valued member.
Sadly, the personal connection has all but disappeared in our refinancing process. Also, inattention to detail has cost us time and money by delaying the whole process. This saddens us; this isn't the RCU we have respected for so long.
