Always friendly and willing to help, even when I can't remember which account numbers I need to access!
I bank with the RCU in Chippewa, but they don't have a FB page that I could find. However, I have been with them for many year sand they have been the best I have ever, ever worked with! I have been with other Credit Unions n the area and regular banks and they have been great! They helped me raise my credit so high I got a car loan for almost 0% interest rate!!! Always have been met with a smile! Love the option to pay all my bills online, and my car payment! LOVE the phone check deposit too since I live out of town.
WORST BANK EVER! I have never ever in my life had more issues. The call center is awful and rude, I have only spoke to about 2-3 nice understanding people in an entire year. I cannot wait to close my accounts with them. I do not commend this bank to anyone.

I have had wonderful experiences with RCU! They have been with me from Wisconsin to Minnesota! The St. Paul office has THE friendliest, most helpful staff ever! I'm very happy to have my home loan through them as well:-)
Best bank I have ever used. Always answers for my questions and help with financial services. The credit union benefits are amazing and I love how involved RCU is in the community!
