For the best service around in every area of banking, we use RCU! The staff at the Whitehall branch are exceptional and we've been banking there since they opened in Whitehall. Professional service in every respect!
Stopped into the Golf Road location to use my shared branching and without even asking any details, she expressed her annoyance with me and made sure to tell me that I wasn't going to receive any service from their credit union. To say the teller was extremely rude is an understatement. I had an account with RCU a few years ago when we lived in Wisconsin and after the way I was treated today it would be the last place I'd ever do any future banking.
So thankful that RCU reversed all fees that we received due to a miscommunication. I have banked with RCU for about 10 years now, they have had my back in every predicament I've been in. So pleased with this bank!
Never coming to this credit union ever again. They are liars, very rude, disrespectful, and plain out criminals.
We have been with RCU ever since we moved to Eau Claire in 1980. We have gotten loans on cars and our house and the staff has always been very helpful.
I love my RCU online banking....and all the good people there in Colby branch...
