Great and friendly staff, a pleasurable in person and online bank!
This morning I noticed I fell victim to fraudulent charges from my bank account. Nothing makes me feel more insecure than knowing some stranger has my check card information. I hope they enjoy the $400 item I bought for them from Staples. A HUGE thank you to Chad Plath and Lorelai of RCU (Royal Credit Union) for their fast-acting, friendly service. A team member noticed some fraud on my account, RCU cleaned it up within a few days. Awesome job, one of many reasons I have banked there for 22 years.
My branch workers were always pleasant and quick with a joke. It was originally 4 stars but now that I can use Mint by Intuit to track my account, RCU is definitely worth 5 stars.

I've always banked with RCU, and I very rarely have issues when I come in for help. Recently though, I went to RCU, and the individual helping me kept laughing about my situation as if I was someone who couldn't "afford" to open up a savings account. I simply forgot to carry cash that day. I didn't find it all that funny, and I didn't appreciate the individual sharing the news with their colleague. RCU, you've always been good to me, but the service that day will make me think twice before coming back.
