Very helpfull staff
I approached the reception staff at Royal Clarence marina about a £200 parking fine in their car park and found the staff were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot - was given a lot of attitude and told they can’t (i.e. won’t) help, were more interested in talking about the other internal job opportunities in the company than any effort to help.
