AVOID Purchase of 22 plate Audi. Went smoothly. Had a few issues. Initially Sam was very helpful, even came to our house to sort a problem. Now we have continued issues with the vehicle and all contact numbers are unavailable!!. Apparently the car had been serviced before purchase but today the oil light has come on ...amd the oil is low!!
Dealer will not answer calls or messages after second fault issue. Which I’ve paid for even tho under warranty, but dealer clearly hides from problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER
Initial impressions with customer serivce and car were positive. They sold us a ford with warranty and delivered to the house but after discovering the car had faults we requested they take it to ford to rectify. They then made up a story that they were ordering parts gave the car back and never answered the phone ever again. The spare key isnt for a ford. The wings mirrors dont fold as its not the original door for the car. (Seller may not have known this initially) Ford themselves have informed us of these issues and want ... read more
