I recently ordered a bouquet as a gift for my mum. Day of delivery I recieved a call from Interflora to say the bouquet would be delivered a day later. I later received an email to say they couldn't get hold of me and they would deliver a day late. My mum then received a bouquet but not the one I ordered. When I complained I was told the florist didn't have the specific flowers in to make this bouquet. So why did the website let me order? The bouquet delivered was awful and cheap flowers. Anna did an amazing job at creating a personalised wreath for a family friends funeral. I highly recommend Roya and Rose and will definitely use again!

Amazing florist! Eye catching when your walking into Birstall and out! Anna is a lovely person and is very welcoming! A wide range of different flowers! Love the theme! Definitely recommend x
