I currently rent a flat in loughborough, the building this flat is in is a dangerous place, since no care has been taken to ensure the place meets fire safety policy/legislation. Fire alarms are set off through the night due to faults, and most alarms don't work. People have long stopped following evacuation procedure and fire service incident commanders have personally reassured me that this building is not right. Recently finished renting a property through Roy Green and were very helpful in the process with good communication throughout, particularly from Hugo. Would recommend!
We rented a properly through Roy Green and from the start of the tenancy to the very end they were always very helpful and professional throughout, Especially Emma who was always on hand to assist with any urgent enquiries.
Received a poor service from Roy Green throughout my tenancy. I was provided with inaccurate and misleading information, with a lack of focus and attention to detail. Very unprofessional. Note to Roy Green - if you intend to respond to this review, I suggest you first look through all the communications I have had with your office, which will validate my rating of your business.
I've been waiting 14 months now for roy green to sort out mainly my fence issue which still hasn't been sorted. A couple of other issues i reported hadn't been replied too untill i emailed the owner of the property to inform him roy green where not responding to my concerns but one issue so far has been sorted since the owner emailed them himself which he shouldn't have to. I can see myself emailing the owner again to email roy green to sort the fence out.
