Roy and his team "warm roofed" our conservatory. We had a ghastly plastic roof which made the whole house too hot in summer...It was hot, real hot, HOTTER THAN THE SUN!!! ...and cold...real cold in the winter and made the whole house cold too. On top of that we had condensation problems and were constantly clearing black mould. The plastic roof is no more. It is gone. It is an ex-roof. Saw Roy a couple of months back for my elderly mothers roof re felt. Promised a 78 year old woman he would give her a price, after 3 phone calls and no reply I have given up asking. I am a tradesman myself, If I am not interested in a job I have the courtesy to tell the person asking. Nice enough bloke, rubbish response
Roy came to do a tile replacement for us. Another roofer had taken a look at the work and told us we needed a new roof, but Roy assured us that the roof was sound and just needed some repairs, which he did for us. He also put us on some dry verging, which looks great. Friendly, professional and very competitive.
