My husband agreed to leave his car with a part he had already purchased at Roxie’s for the week and they would replace the part and then do the MOT (MOT would fail without the work being done). He tried to call countless times but it just rang out and they called him to say the MOT had failed. They had NOT replaced the part as agreed and then asked if he’d like them too.
