The previous managing agents of my apartment in SR1 consistently overspent and made mistakes with jobs that were requested (like the internal painting that had not been approved to the standard that had been agreed by leaseholders). The level of neglect led to gradual deterioration of the apartment building and basic issues such as blocked gutters were never addressed. Great company to have on board. 110% improvement from the one we used previously. Roxburgh really take the time to resolve the issues, explore all possibilities to reduce the cost. Great sign of relief to have them manage our block.

I could not be more happier with RBM. Very professional, courteous and helpful. They took over the management of our building when it was in a bad state and needed some overdue work and have worked hard to turn it around. They even went over and above by helping out before they officially started which we greatly appreciated. Kate and Nazeem are very responsive to all our queries and are focussed on making improvements to bring down the service charges. I cannot recommend them more!
