Very disappointed in my surgery now days just came out of hospital after surgery was told my surgery every other day would have too change my dressings on my open wounds was told we ain't got the resources your have too do it yourself at home and as for seeing a gp that's like finding gold dust cant even get my medication properly as I can't access the portal it's gone down hill

Avoid at all costs. This practice has outdated knowledge of NICE guidelines, no joined-up care between doctors, and zero follow-up individually. You’re only “seen” for the few minutes you’re speaking to them — after that, you’re forgotten. The responses are so short sighted you might as well be speaking to a bot. They just do not care. I too wish I could give this surgery less than 1. I've been with them over 20 years and cannot get an appointment. Worse thing is their receptionist breached mine and my sons medical records. I then couldn't get access to them because of her. When making an official complaint, I was told to find another GP(which i thankfully have and got appointment the same day) but to add salt to the wound, they kept that member of staff on! I'm escalating my complaint as this has had a monumental effect on my health. As to your response..... read more

I have used this surgery for the best part of 25 years and the service has always been exceptional, today I had my diabetic review with the lovely Martina who has managed to get my figures down to normal levels over the past few months with diet and medication the attention to detail is amazing and I and truly grateful for the service they all provide in such a difficult climate. Many thanks

My GP. It's a quiet place and I always visit and get a quick service. All doctors are so cordial and they are helpful. Nurse and pathological support staff are also cordial and helpful. It's close to my house. Bus stops are closed to it, have plenty of parking and also have road side parking outside the medical.
