Wonderful service with a very friendly work staff. When I arrived I was in and out within 20 minutes and had little to no trouble navigating my way through the hospital. If I had to choose I would without a doubt come back again.
Thank you to all the Nurses and Doctors who took excellent care of my son when he broke his arm.
I was so impressed with all of the people at the Emergency Room. Everyone was nice and very professional - especially Resident Charles Gartman and ER Doctor Varsha Goswami. They were very nice and very knowledgeable and professional while they tortured me for my own good! I had a chance (I was there for quite a while) to observe - and everyone there was kind and professional to every person who was brought in. Emergency rooms definitely make you count your blessings!
Did not have to sit and wait a long time OR hours to be seen
Waited to long in waiting room, and nobody was there! Finally got in a room, almost an hour went by, full staff by the way, all chit chatting and snacking. After an hour of no one coming in my room, got dressed and walked the fuck out! I always hated this hospital but was desperate. Ill never go there again! Its a disgrace!
RMH has a great, attentive staff of professionals.
