i was in a car accident yesterday I went to Roxborough hospital, the staff was courteous and polite thank you ER staff for the excellent care that I received
Same day surgery with Cathy, Rose and Ruth. Ruth looked after me amazingly well and the anesthesiologist Paul and nurse anesthetist Jack were so friendly and chatty before my surgery it was a great experience. Thanks also to Dr. Sandy and Dr. Sadiya (spelling?) who did a great job!
DR'S are great but the food sucks and nurses are really friendly and nice..thank you all for your service
I was at Temple the day before, never got seen. Go to Roxborough the next day. Was in and out within the hour. Y'all ROCK #TEAMROXBOROUGH

I had a horrible experience at the ER on Monday, 7/10/17. I was processed quickly and was taken to an exam room where I sat for 1 and 1/2 hours and no one came at all. I actually thought that they didn't even realize I was there. After my husband went to remind them that I was there, a doctor came back to tell me there were three patients ahead of me and it would still be awhile. No apology. I had to bring my 2 year old to the ER yesterday afternoon and we were there for quite a few hours. I just have to say that every single person from registration, security, housekeeping, nursing, radiology, PAs, doctors, were amazing with not only my daughter but myself and her dad, too. Whether it was getting her a drink, checking her out, calming her and us down they really made us feel so much better about the situation and did their best to get her feeling better!
