this hospital let my father die 19 year ago when I was 7 years old. he would be 59 years old today. wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. making people wait in the ER waiting room while they are actively having a heart attack is not the way to do business. your hospital owes me memories with my father.

The triage nurse was horribly racist and even went as far as to call me “sister”. The service is awful and the “doctors” appears to know nothing. The entire hospital is garbage.

I walked into the ER presenting with what I thought was a heart attack. It wasn't, which was a relief. But I also left without any clue as to what was wrong because...it was a holiday weekend? The young, arrogant disrespectful doctors- who never bothered to stop into my room until Sunday morning. I was admitted 7 PM Saturday- didn't have a clue? Not handicap accessible. Been going to Roxborough Hosp for a long time. But now that my mother uses a wheel chair I realize how non-accessible it really is. I drove up the ramp to the main side entrance for registration. It was raining, there is no overhang there. I went inside to find a wheelchair which was a problem. None were readily accessible. I had to ask a security guard to find me one. I went outside with the wheel chair into an unprotected area , the chair was soaked and my mother had to sit on a wet wheelchair. I w... read more

I've been coming to this hospital for a long time and I've had thee worst experience ever. I told my nurse Connie F what I was allergic to and after being there for over an hour and not being seen by the"doctor" Edward Gosselin, they never gave me pain medicine. Then while they tried to x-ray my knee, they sent in 2 pills that I already told them I was allergic to because of the extreme pain I was in. Hours after that experience, I never received pain meds and they told me if I had certain emergencies I shouldn't come there.... read more

I was there yesterday because I sprained my ankle pretty bad the day prior and when I got there the receptionist gave me a wheelchair. I sat in the waiting area for about a 15 minutes then I was in triage then went back to the waiting area then 40 min later got a room and got a x ray done and the intern saw me first he was very friendly and the MD saw me and she was very nice also, left out there after 3 hours being there and I got crutches, prescription and my foot and ankle wrapped and was sent home.

I was treated with such good care. They were thorough with their testing. When I was discharged, I left with no questions or concerns.

my father is in the geriatric psychiatric ward and I have found it to be clean, well staffed, and managed. I would recommend it
