Rowlinsons recently acted as conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. The sale process involved 5 properties, so as you can imagine it was stressful. However, the team at Rowlinsons kept on top pf the process throughout and chased up the other solicitors and even our estate agent for updates. Special mentions and thank you to Jazmine and Michelle who always kept on top of things throughout.

Private house sale. Unexpectedly long and drawn out process but from start to finish, Naomi Martin has been kind, thorough and consistently responsive to all my queries. Naomi came highly recommend and I will continue to recommend to others. Direct contact with the solicitor makes such a difference. Really pleased with the service provided, endless thanks to you.

Other reviewers are correct: work seems to be completed by inexperienced juniors. In my experience they have conveyancing technicians acting as solicitors with seemingly no supervision. You don't want to be taking risks on something as big as a house purchase. I'd say, go with somewhere else.

I used Rowlinsons recently for a house move and was a little underwhelmed with their performance especially as they were highly recommended. We had numerous documents "lost" and had to provide them again in person at their offices. Details were missed that were included as part of the initial property information form. Communication was sometimes slow and required chase up via phone. Also our solicitor changed mid-way through which was unhelpful.
