Very awful experience. Your calls will never gets answered. 2nd thing u will never gets apoinment. Will ask u to ring 8 morning for day apoinment first thing will never answered the call for hours n hours n after they answered then will say oh afraid nothing available today. Which is joke
My husband who has dementia and myself had an appointment with the nurse a couple of days ago. I think her name is Heather. She was BRILLIANT, kind and caring with both of us, so patient and informative without any condescension.
I can t give 0 stars so i m force to give 1 ... if you ever ask yourself why just register with them and you will find out... reception staff is usless, doctors are ok.
This GP has very poor management .it has 3 times already they forget my prescription. I am a diabetes and high cholesterol patients and one of the receptionist (the young Asian gir)l,she keep forgetting and very rude.i am going file complain about her .Another important thing whenever i need see the doctor most of time they are closed and very hard get appointment. I have decided to change the GP. I will not recommend to anybody!!
