Friendly and helpful service each time!
Phoned today with an enquiry about a pressure washer repair. Once I mentioned the make, there was clearly no interest in the work. When I asked if they knew anyone who could help me, "no" was the reply. No attempt to advise me or give further useful information. I would have understood if they had said that the repairs would have been difficult or not worth it, but the responses I received today were just rude.
Very dissatisfied, took my mower in earlier this year , was told it was ready for collection, when I went to pick it up , was told it was not running, paid to have a new carburettor fitted, I have never been happy with the way the mower has run . It has never ran smoothly since I had it back , it has always “ hunted “ has always taken at least 15 primes to get it started, I have now paid someone else to sort it out properly, the fuel line was badly corroded , the carb had been messed about with too , the carburettor float ne... read more
